If you're pregnant and looking for ways to relax or stay fit, you may be considering prenatal yoga. Good for you! But did you know that prenatal yoga may also help you prepare for labor and promote your baby's health?

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Pickaboo offers you a fantastic yoga classes at your door step by Raul, 26, a certified and experienced yoga instructor. His first yoga lesson was at the age of 14 from his grandfather who was a guru himself. Later, during university he learnt yoga at Shivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, South India for 5 years, after which he received a Teacher of Yoga certificate. Since then, he has been practicing and sharing his knowledge of Yoga with others everywhere he goes.

As a teacher Raul has taught yoga in Switzerland, Singapore and now in Thailand. Currently he teaches at two studios in Bangkok and regularly teaches his private groups.  With this fantastic private class, Raul focuses on each student individually making the practice their own. In class your practice includes individual attention and alignment/adjustment helping you to understand the posture from the inside out gaining awareness around the true internal benefits of each posture

Practice is best on an empty stomach. Wait two to three hours after a large meal or one to two hours after a snack

Clothing should be flexible, non-binding, and breathable, we keep the yoga room in the lower to mid 80s so avoid wearing heavy sweatpants, etc. Shorts or leggings, and a t-shirt or tank top are popular choices. Avoid socks and baggy clothes.
