Pilates beginners classes and about balance, not just a great workout but also reassurance and encouragement to help you feel successful and raring to do more. Start by commiting to just 1 class. Just 90 minutes and see where that takes you. Whether you have a high level of fitness, are just starting out on your health journey or are returning from injury our sessions will help you succeed, feel good and be hungry for more.
At Flow you are our main priority. We structure classes to suit your physical needs, abilities and lifestyle. Our group mat classes take up to 10 students to ensure you benefit fully from the classes we offer. We also offer private and small group mat classes. 1:1 Reformer classes are available where our teachers will work individually with you to achieve your personal fitness goals.
With over 20 years combined teaching experience, Pen Suwannarat and Nicola McGowan will help you realize your potential. Both originally trained with the Physical Mind Institute in mat and apparatus they are now advanced teachers with Body & Flow. Their passion for Pilates is infectious and it won't take long for you to realize how much they care about you and your body.
Pilates is good for any age and level of fitness. No experience is required as exercises are modified and vary according to background and level.

Other Info | Practice is best on an empty stomach. Wait two to three hours after a large meal or one to two hours after a snack Clothing should be flexible, non-binding, and breathable, we keep the yoga room in the lower to mid 80s so avoid wearing heavy sweatpants, etc. Shorts or leggings, and a t-shirt or tank top are popular choices. Avoid socks and baggy clothes.
