Business/Relationship Manager  – based in Bangkok

Pickaboo, a Social Gifting company has a tremendous opportunity for Business/Relationship Manager to join our exciting team. Our ideal candidate will work with a team of marketing consultants to promote this young brand, and will focus on creating long lasting partnerships with local travel businesses and working with them to help grow their business.

 

You’ll play a key role in delivering the attractive gift options to our customers and the best marketing experience to our partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and support a strong sales team focused on achieving challenging revenue targets.
  • Provide forecasts and actively monitor and manage the team sales pipeline.
  • Provide market intelligence information/requirements to the Travel Sales Director and General Manager Travel.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and policy guidelines based on market intelligence and competitor positioning.
  • Plan and schedule regular feedback and coaching support to Marketing Consultants to continually improve performance.
  • Build relationships and develop partnerships with operators.
  • Support and actively aid marketing consultants with closing deals.


Desired Skills and Experience;


  • University educated – Bachelors degree or higher
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience ideally managing others and with a sales experience in leisure and travel industry and premium brand.
  • Proven self-starter and with the natural ability to work with little guidance and minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable working in a target driven sales environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. 
  • A strong work ethic and desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Believes in providing great client service.
  • Must be a team player by working closely with colleagues and managers.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
