Built to the precise specifications of the original Irrawaddy Flotilla river cruisers, the RV River Kwai is a living museum that enables you to experience the splendor of a bygone age, when cruisers such as these were a regular site in the region. In fact between 1865 and 1920 the Burmese flotilla grew to be the the largest privately owned fleet in the world!

Finished in the original teak, and built to carry no more than 20 golfers at a time, the cruiser is fit out with 10 luxurious twin cabins, that provide all the amenities of a five star suite, including baths and showers, air conditioning and room safes. The cruiser’s deck serves as its dining room (meals are all served buffet style), lounge, and sun deck.

What You Should Expect – Golf and Cultural Immersion

The daily itinerary begins in the early morning with a tee-off at one of the golf courses close to the cruiser’s position.
